- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪Very disappointing. I have been going to Sapphire Coast Physio for 15 years for one thing and another. Today because I haven't been there for 2 years I was charged an initial consultation fee. I would like to point out that "initial" means the first time you visit a practice, not the first time in a while. I don't have to keep paying an initial fee with my GP or my Chiropractor. I am one of their customers regardless of whether it's been awhile.. Sapphire Coast Physio would do well to treat their long term customers as that. Faithful long term customers.
